Here are some excellent links. Some of these sites are camping oriented ,some are business oriented, and some are family oriented.
The
American Camp Association is a
great place to find accredited camps, both residential and day, through out the
country. There is also
tons of great information about camps, how to choose a camp, etc. You'll
definitely want to check this out. Why trust your child to some place that has
not met the camping industry standards. Starfire Day Camp is the only ACA
accredited day camp in New Mexico.
Another great camping site is the
Western
Association of Independent Camps. These are private camps in the western
half of the USA. I personally know almost all of the owners in this group and
can highly recommend their camps. These camps are also accredited by ACA.
On the personal side, if you are looking for a church home, let me recommend where Shirley and I worship. The Believers Center of Albuquerque has been a tremendous place for us.
